A decadent addition to banana bread with caramelized bananas that creates an ooey gooey sticky toffee pudding-banana bread hybrid.

1: Over medium heat, add butter and sugar to a pan. 2: Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved, butter is melted and the mixture is bubbling. 3: Remove from heat and pour mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 pan. 4: Lay bananas flat side down onto the caramel mixture. 5: Top with your fave banana bread recipe and bake!
