1: Submerge 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (sealed) in simmering water for 4 hours. 2: Let the dulce de leche cool. 3: In a food processor, pulse 8 graham crackers and 5 tbsp of butter until the mixture is sand-like and holds together when pressed. 4: Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F until golden, then let it cool. 5: Whip 1.5 cups of cold heavy cream with 2 tbsp of powdered sugar. 6: Pour the cooled dulce de leche into the cooled graham cracker crust. 7: Place a layer of bananas in the dulce de leche. 8: Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. 9: Chill for a few hours before serving.View original recipe
