This is the easiest peach tart ever, made with organic peaches and a few other simple ingredients. It's baked until the pastry is golden brown and served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl. 3: Add peaches into the mixture and gently stir until coated. 4: Roll out puff pastry and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. 5: Assemble by placing a layer of peaches into the center of the puff pastry, leaving 1-1.5 inches uncovered. 6: Fold over the edge of the puff pastry and brush with milk. 7: Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. 8: Serve your peach tart HOT with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!View original recipe
