1: Over a double boiler, whisk 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of sugar until pale. 2: Once cool, fold in 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup until uniform. 3: In a shallow bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of ceremonial grade matcha. 4: Quickly submerge ladyfingers in the matcha and place them in a single layer in a 4x4 Tupperware container. 5: Layer 8 matcha-soaked ladyfingers, sliced Koyo Berries, and yogurt filling, and repeat until the container is full. 6: Set in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. 7: Dust with 1 tablespoon of matcha powder and top with extra Koyo Berries before serving.View original recipe
